  1. Cut a rectangular piece of construction paper the width of the toilet paper roll.
  2. Glue the paper to the outside of the roll and cut off any extra
  3. Using the ruler measure the width and height of each of the five panels of the inside of the box.
  4. Cut out five pieces of lightweight cardboard 1/2 inch smaller than the measurements of each of the five inside panels.
  5. Cover one side of the lightweight cardboard piece with glue and glue fabric to it. Trim the sides and the glue the edges to the back of the fabric lines side.
  6. Cut a 1x10 inch piece of craft foam.
  7. Staple one end of the foam strip to the inside of the tube then stretch the foam strip lengthwise to the other end of the toilet paper tube and staple the other end of the foam strip to the other end of the tube.
  8. To make the cone of the megaphone take a 12x18 sheet of either craft foam or construction paper and overlap two coreners of the sheet to form the cone.
  9. Insert stapler into the cone and staple both ends of the sheet to the sheet.
  10. Trim off the corners sticking out to make one end of the corner flat
  11. Hot Glue* the seams of the sone together and then hot glue the cone onto the handle tube.
  12. Decorate the megaphone with sequin trim and other decorations

CAUTION:Only Adults should use a hot glue gun and use caution in doing so.
