Use 1/2 bottle of food coloring for every 16oz of rubbing alcohol. Add pasta to liquid and stir. Let the pasta sit in the liquid until the desired sahde of color is obtained. Then spoon out with a slotted spoon and place on a newspaper to dry. Allow to dry for at least 2 hours. Store in a plastic bag. You can reuse alcohol for other colors.
