Coupon Train |
| A Group of Individuals (2-10) who Pass along Their Unwanted Coupons to Each Other |

Every person
on the
train
sends the person below them on the train their unwanted coupons. They in turn take the coupons they want from the mailing, add coupons they do not want from their Sunday paper, and mail a coupon packet out to the next person down on the list. Every person on the train should receive a coupon mailing in each cycle.

Steps to Joining A Mother's Nature Coupon Train
- Read the below User Guidelines
- Register as a User with Mother's Nature
- Send your mailing address & username to the Moderator of the Train you wish to join.
- Subscribe to that Train's egroups' list

Restrictions- Coupons are to be traded for personal use only (not for board
trading, swapping, etc.)
- No receipts
can be traded.
- No Coupons Traded that are not Transferable (Online Smartsource, Cigarette Coupons, Any Coupon with your name on it.)

Privacy
By signing up you are agreeing to have your personal info made
available to
other
members of the train and having it put on a website page. The website address is made available only
to train members. You are also agreeing not to disclose the personal
information or the
URL of the train to other people. Your personal information will not be used by Mother's Nature for any purpose other than making it available to other members in your subscribed train. Please see egroups for their privacy policy. |

Frequency
Each train votes on how often they want to trade coupons.Weekly
Each person on the train
sends
out a mailing
every Monday and no later than Tuesday.
Monthly
A coupon mailing is sent out the first
Monday and no later than the first Tuesday of every month. |

Communication
Communication is vital to the operation of the Train. Each member should email the list when they send or receive a coupon mailing. When a member of the train decides to leave the train the URL address of the train changes so it is vital to read all correspondences from you egroups email list.
All members must either select "Daily Digest" or "Individual Emails" in the egroups setting so they receive all emails sent by the train. No member may select "View Online" to minimize miscommunications.
Any member of the train who has a concern or communication problem with one of the train's moderators may seek resolution by emailing Mira the Frugal Living Community Leader. |

Feedback
Train members can leave positive feedback for a positive transaction. Train members can also leave negative feedback for a member for missing a mailing without notice or when terminated due to no response. Use of the feedback system is on an honor system and is a feedback comment is permanent once made so please use good judgment and fairness when posting and feedback. |
Missing Mailings
If you have to miss a week for vacation etc you must email the group
by the
Saturday
before the missed mailing and the train will skip you. You then must email the group again when you wish to return and you will be added back in in the next mailing. Missing a mailing without informing the group is unacceptable and can result in your termination from the train. |  |

Termination
Missing 3 or more mailings without proper prior notice can result in you being voted out
of
the group and or being removed by the trains moderator. If you demonstrate poor communication, tardiness, etc. They train may vote you out with a 3/4 majority vote. Voted out Members would be removed from the egroup mailing list and the Mothers Nature Train. If more than 2 weeks pass without a mailing from a member and no communication from that member. That member will automatically be removed from the Train by the Moderator. Being terminated from one Mother's Nature Train will make you ineligible to participate in any other Mother's Natures Trains.If at anytime you would like to discontinue participating in the train, inform the group or moderator you are leaving by the weekend before the next mailing and unsubscribe to the egroups list. If you do not leave the group in the appropriate above manner, you will be banned from participating in any future trains and you could receive negative feedback at Mother's Nature.
Any member who leaves the train using the appropriate method of departure is welcome to rejoin the train at any time in the future. |
