Why a Sling?
  1. Baby can recline to sleep or nurse with head supported. This takes the weight of the head off the spine. Our sling supports the baby's head, follows the natural contour of the spine, and keeps the baby's legs together.

  2. Baby's legs are not forced apart while the little pelvis is soft and still forming.

  3. Most parents carry their children until they are 2 or 3 years old. A sling can be used for newborns, older infants, AND toddlers.

  4. Your baby's legs are not put through openings that can cut off circulation.

  5. No straps to cut into your shoulders! The Over the Shoulder Baby Holder has a soft, contoured pad for your shoulder.

  6. No straps to press into mom's chest and promote breast infections.

  7. Our sling takes about 10 seconds (literally!) to put on and put baby in. Because it is far less complicated to put on, your are more likely to wear it around the house. It can be adjusted for different sized parents with one hand in seconds. No belts, buckles, snaps, straps, or zippers behind the back.

  8. No rigid frame or leg or arm openings. Our sling conforms perfectly to any person's torso.

  9. You can quite easily change your baby's position depending on his age and what makes him happiest.

  10. You can lay your baby down without waking her!

  11. A sling is fashionable! There's no need to look like you're going camping every time you want to wear your baby.

  12. The Over the Shoulder Baby Holder is much cooler than a conventional carrier, even though baby is always right next to you. Our fabrics are lightweight and breathable-- no nylon, canvas, or corduroy!

  13. You can pull the fabric of the sling up to nurse discreetly in public.
